"Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going inside ourselves."

 Nature and Art

Healing through Nature and Art Therapy

Working with earth and nature themed concepts is known as ecotherapy.  It provides a unique therapeutic opportunities of expression and connection.  We are nature, our bodies are living organisms and reconnecting with earth is another pathway of connecting with your whole-being.

I am trained in a modality that is based in integrative work of transitions, such as grief, life changes, chronic stress, burnout, chronic illness, end of life transitions and  birth and celebrations.  Nature brings the additional support of expression, modeling, metaphor and supports these maps of meaning making.

These are psychoeducational and therapeutic offerings available individually, in groups or as workshops.

"It’s not about the thing you end up making. It's what making that thing does to you internally." --Elizabeth Gilbert
