Field Trip in Nature

A Nature-Based Path to Burnout Recovery and Nervous System Renewal

Elemental Renewal™ for Healers

Midlife invites a powerful question: What sustains the sustainer?

Elemental Renewal™ for Healers is a workshop series designed for midlife professionals—therapists, educators, bodyworkers, and space holders—who are ready to shift from chronic burnout to embodied restoration.

Rooted in polyvagal theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and creative ritual, this experience brings together the wisdom of the natural world with the latest in trauma-informed neuroscience. Each session explores one of the classical elements—Earth, Water, Fire,Air and Ether—as symbolic and somatic portals into renewal.

Who It's For:

  • Midlife professionals experiencing burnout, emotional depletion, or hormonal shifts

  • Therapists, coaches, educators, and caregivers seeking nervous system repair

  • Healing practitioners ready to explore embodied spirituality and creativity as part of professional sustainability.

Hosted on Teachable, with live and on-demand options. No yoga or art experience required—just a willingness to reconnect with your elemental self.

Morning Mandalas & Nature Based Rituals

Earth-based creativity for grief, transition, and midlife ritual

As a Certified Morning Altars Teacher, I guide participants in creating impermanent mandalas using natural materials—an intentional practice that weaves together mindfulness, creativity, and seasonal connection. These earth altars become spaces for honoring grief, marking transitions, and remembering beauty in the impermanent.

This work supports midlife individuals in reconnecting with ritual, rhythm, and the sacred cycles of nature.
