EMDR Resources
As a Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I believe that providing our clients and fellow EMDR professionals with the resources available is key to promoting growth and healing. That's why we have created a section dedicated to recommended readings, videos, and information on EMDR therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Trauma-informed yoga, and Somatic Therapy. My hope is that these resources will help you better understand and engage with these topics.
